My spiritual journey began with the teachings of Edgar Cayce and the A.R.E., philosophies that shaped my understanding of inner guidance. For years, I moved through life trusting my instincts, yet I hadn't fully awakened to a genuine connection with my higher self. That changed when I learned to truly lean into the prezent moment — to listen with my emotions and feel the energy flowing through me.

This awakening revealed that everything unfolds as it should, even in challenging moments. It also deepened my commitment to something I hold close to my heart: intentionally managing my own energy so that I show up fully and vibrantly in each interaction. To bee prezent is not just a name — it's a practice.
